Accessibility Statement

Last reviewed: October 25, 2026

Patriot Hill Software LLC wants everyone to be able to use this website, including people who use assistive technology. Many of the organizations we serve have accessibility obligations of their own, and we hold our own site to the same standard.

Our target

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.

What we do

  • Use semantic HTML, landmarks and a logical heading structure on every page.
  • Support full keyboard use, with a visible focus indicator and a skip link.
  • Check every text and background color pairing against WCAG contrast ratios.
  • Respect your system’s reduced-motion setting.
  • Keep content readable when text is enlarged to 200 percent.
  • Run automated accessibility tests (axe) on every page before each release.

Known limitations

The downloadable Capabilities Statement PDF is generated with tagging for screen readers, but PDFs can be less accessible than web pages. The same information is available on the Capabilities page.

As of our last review, automated testing (axe and Lighthouse) finds no accessibility issues on any page. Manual testing with screen readers and Windows high-contrast mode is still in progress. If you find a problem we missed, please tell us.

Report a barrier

If you have trouble using any part of this website, please tell us at contact@patriothillsoftware.com or call (657) 663-2824. Let us know the page and what happened. We aim to respond within 3–5 business days, and we will work to fix the problem and get you the information you need in another format.
